Bio

Learning has always been at the heart of my work: both my own growth and creating space for teams to pause, reflect, adapt, and move forward with more clarity and purpose. I come from a background in music education, vocal performance, and nonprofit leadership. Over the years, my work has evolved to focus on helping teams and organizations think more clearly, reflect more honestly, and stay rooted in what really matters.

Whether I’m building a learning framework, designing an evaluation tool, or just simply listening closely in a meeting, I try to bring curiosity, care, and a perspective that balances my own viewpoint with a deep effort to understand others. I’m drawn to the work of bridging perspectives: connecting the dots, asking thoughtful questions, and helping translate complexity into something clear and actionable.

I’m especially passionate about supporting organizations in aligning their internal culture with the external impact they want to make. When trust, equity, and reflection are cultivated from the inside out, the work we do in community becomes more authentic, sustainable, and connected.

Here's What I Bring to the Work:
-Designing learning processes that are people-centered and practical
-Turning feedback and data into insights that lead to real change
-Facilitating inclusive, equity-driven planning and reflection
-Supporting teams as they grow (both together and as individuals)

I believe how we work matters just as much as what we’re working on. I try to show up with humility, empathy, and a steady belief that change is possible especially when we’re doing the work side by side
